IMAGE INC. admits participants of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, sex, disability, and family structure to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to participants. We do not discriminate on those bases in the administration of our educational policies, admissions, scholarship and fee-assistance decisions, or any other program we operate.

Privacy commitment

We collect only the information needed to respond to your request, deliver a program, or process a gift. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information. Donor names are published only with permission. Student information is limited to what a program requires and is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Donation and refund policy

Gifts to IMAGE INC. are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Online gifts are processed through PCI-compliant providers; IMAGE INC. never stores card numbers. If a gift was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it in full. Recurring gifts can be canceled at any time and remain active through the end of the paid period.

Child protection and safeguarding

Every adult who works directly with students completes background screening. Programs operate under a written child protection policy that covers supervision ratios, two-adult presence, communication boundaries, photography consent, and incident reporting. Parents may request the full policy at any time.

Complaints and grievances

Concerns about a program, a facilitator, or the organization may be submitted to info@imageinc.org. You will receive acknowledgment within three business days and a written response within fifteen. Concerns involving a board member are routed to the Secretary of the Board. Retaliation against anyone raising a good-faith concern is prohibited under our whistleblower policy.
