Our commitment

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the current international standard for web accessibility. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility, reviewed whenever we add pages or features.

What we have implemented

• —Keyboard accessible navigation with visible focus indicators
• —A skip to content link on every page
• —Correct heading hierarchy and semantic landmarks
• —Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• —Text contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA
• —Form labels above fields with clear validation messages
• —No meaning communicated through color alone
• —Touch targets sized for comfortable mobile use
• —Reduced motion support for users who request it
• —Plain language instructions throughout

Known limitations

We would rather name gaps than imply they do not exist. Current known limitations:

• —Downloadable documents are being remediated for screen reader accessibility; accessible formats are available on request.
• —Video content does not yet carry captions and transcripts across the full library.
• —Some third-party components, including payment forms, are governed by the vendor's accessibility support.
