Requirements and safeguards
- Volunteers must be 18 or older for roles working directly with students; 16 and older may serve at events with a guardian present.
- Background screening is required for all student-facing and board roles, renewed every two years.
- All volunteers review and sign our code of conduct and child safeguarding expectations.
- Two-adult presence is maintained in every student setting.
- References may be requested for mentoring and board roles.
